Many good food and restaurants... read more nearby (if you fancy food delivery). The location is perfect, relaxing and still surrounded with greenery. My young children really enjoyed playing in the pool, running around the villa or just looking at green field outside the villa. Ana, the manager is very informative, kind and helpful.

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Manager Eva und Lukas haben sehr dazu beigetragen, dass es für uns ein wunderschöner und unvergesslicher Urlaub war. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit und standen uns stets mit Tipps und Tricks zur Seite. Wir werden sie und die drei Hunde vermissen. Wir können die Villa Kura Kura ohne Einschränkung jedem weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Villa selbst ist ein Schmuckstück! Liebevolle Details und eine komplette Ausstattung sowie der eigene Garten sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Der Pool und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund herum bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen und Lesen.
Obendrauf gibt es noch eine Sportfläche, auf der ich morgens gerne Yoga gemacht habe. Sie ist der höchste Punkt auf dem Grundstück und überdacht, sodass man im Schatten sein Sportprogramm absolvieren kann. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat waren die vielen schönen Pflanzen und Palmen. Es macht alles noch viel paradiesischer. Außerdem weht dort immer ein leichter Wind, der die heißen Tage viel erträglicher macht. Die Luft steht nicht so wie zB in Seminyak oder Canggu. Etwas schade war, dass das Wlan nicht wirklich funktioniert hat. In den Villen könnte der Empfang besser sein und oft lag es an der Verbindung selbst (wahrscheinlich bedingt durch Kabelarbeiten). Bis auf diesen Punkt war aber alles absolut perfekt! Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr sicher und wohl gefühlt und es viel uns sehr schwer, nach einem Monat weiterzuziehen. Vor allem, da wir nach zwei Wochen angeboten bekamen, in die größere Villa nebenan einzuziehen. Beide Villen waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und man hat einfach gemerkt, dass hier rund um die Uhr jemand an der Arbeit ist, um die Häuser in Stand zu halten und zu pflegen.

The pictures are accurate and the place was perfect. ... read more The staff is nice and helpful and the manager Ana was amazing! She was so helpful and responsive, really made the stay so much better. You need to have transportation as there isn’t much close by. She arranged for scooter delivery for us, set up drivers when needed and gave helpful tips and suggestions.

We will be back to Bali again and when we do, we will be staying here again for sure!

The kitchenette is perfectly equipped for cooking your own meals and the private areas are spacious and comfortable. Any location in the Bukit peninsula can be easily reached by motorbike in 10 to 30 minutes. The host has been extremely nice and helpful with the motorbike rental, the transfer to the airport and tips on the beaches nearby.

  Все было хорошо, нам понравилось. Водитель встретил в аэропорту по договоренности и довез до виллы. Территориально вилла находится где-то в центре Букита, недалеко парк GWK. Нас встретила приятная девушка Анна и все показала. По всем вопросам Анна быстро отвечала и помогала. Анна помогла взять в аренду скутер. Вход в виллу через общую территорию, на которой находится в том числе и бассейн. Бассейном, к сожалению, воспользоваться не успели. Сама вилла небольшая, но приятная, есть лужайка и летний душ. Есть два дивана на улице, где можно отдохнуть. Основное время проводили на веранде, часть которой остеклена. Кровать в комнате большая, удобная. В комнате есть диванчик, ТВ - не пользовались. Просторная ванная комната. Спасибо Анне и Крису за гостеприимство. Возможно мы когда-нибудь сюда вернемся.

If you have a motorbike - no... read more problem to get to any places of the Peninsula from 10 to 30 minutes (beaches, shops, cafe and other places). As all 4 houses are located on the one territory and there live 4 dogs, it is very safity - this is true for Bali. The Villa itself is very cozy and clean, has a garden area and kitchen on the air, the area is fenced so that the feeling that nobody sees or hears, as if in your own home 🙂 With a baby here is very good - there is a place to run, play, swim in the pool. If we once will go again in Bali - we will stay only here!

Not directly on the sea you can reach famous beaches and surfspots such as Jimbaran, Honeymoon, Nusa Dua, Greenbowl, Pandawa, Dreamland and Balangan within a short ride. Also if you want to explore other regions of the island it is the best gateway. Just ask Vera and Chris to get some insiders.
I can also highly recommend to spent some daytime at the resort. You can chill in your private garden and enjoy the jungle feeling by using the outdoor rainshower (as I did only) or relax in the hammock or under the bananatrees and other beautiful tropic plants. It also pans out to stay at the resorts public pool area, train in the jungle gym, find yourself while using the yoga area (with a beautiful peace of art from austrian artist FEILER), enjoy the cafe and restaurant area, play with the lovely dogs (they are harmless), watching the fishes in the pond or just have a nice talk to the very caring owners.
We stayed (for the third time) in Villa Kura Kura, which is separated by a opaque wooden fance, which allows you to enjoy privacy whenever you want. The villa is equiped with a generous private garden, an outdoor but weatherproof chill, cooking and dinner area (you will find everything you need in the kitchen and if you need something Vera and Chris will organize it immediately), a generous and very beautiful bathroom with shower, a bedroom with aircon and generous space and a livingrroom with TV.
As you wish the villa and the garden getting cleaned every day. In general the villa is very very clean and all seems very new.
The resort is divided very well, so that it is hard to realize the other guests.
Also all the services such as airport shuttle, organization of cars, scooters, drivers and daytrips, special RETREATMENTS (e.g Yoga, Detox, Vegan Cooking) worked very proper.
In the end I want spend some words on the owners, Vera and Chris. You rarely meet such openhearted, caring, empathic, funny and still not intrusive people nowadays like them. We really had one of the best times in our life there and we will come back for sure.
Thanks so much for all the great moments. Takes care and never give up. The resort works out fantastic for couples, groups, and even for familys with toddlers till teens.
